If there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase with receipt.

If you have purchased your product at any Store or an Outlet other than COQUI Shoes Canada, simply contact the place of purchase to assist you with refund or exchange based on the service policy of the particular Store or Outlet. A copy of the receipt is required before the warranty can be processed.
